Consignment
Consignment Terms: Shiloh Shooting Range will inspect, advertise, and sell your item(s) on consignment. Items must remain with Shiloh Shooting Range for a minimum of 60 days. After this period, you must pick up unsold items or renew the agreement within 15 days, or storage fees apply.
Liability and Ownership: Shiloh Shooting Range is not liable for any loss or damage to consigned items. If not sold or reclaimed within the agreed time, items may become property of Shiloh Shooting Range. Consignors must be the rightful owner and comply with all legal requirements if they wish to retrieve unsold items.
Fees and Payments: A 30% consignment fee applies to all sales. Additional fees may be charged for services such as background checks, cleaning, or mailing checks. Payment to consignors will be made within 30 days of the final sale.

Layaway
Layaway Eligibility: Layaway is available for items valued at $400 or more, with 50% down at the time of purchase. The balance must be paid within 30 days.
Payment Terms: Payments must be made via Credit Card or Cash, with no grace period or modifications allowed, with no exceptions. Orders will only be available for pick-up after the final payment is made.
Important Conditions: Layaway orders will be canceled without refund on the 31st day if unpaid. The original price is locked in, regardless of price changes or promotions after the layaway is placed.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to keep up with payments and ensure the final payment is made on time.
